Surgical Cameras: Repairs and Cleaning That Meet High Standards

When you need dependable surgical camera repair ISI delivers with a team of experienced technicians who provide efficient services that meet the highest standards of quality. We work on surgical cameras of any model by any manufacturer. Need a loaner while your camera is down? ISI can provide one free of charge to ensure that your cases continue uninterrupted.

Don’t trust your surgical cameras to just anyone. Other companies seem to come and go and finding a repair company that works with you is hard to find. Give us a call and discover why ISI has provided healthcare facilities with the highest degree of workmanship, loaners, customer service and pricing in the industry since 1978.

Obtain an Estimate

Upon arrival, one of our technicians will inspect your camera and make note of any and all defects. An estimate will then be provided with a list of corrective actions. Our repair technicians are available and happy to explain the repairs needed in whatever detail is required to make our customers feel comfortable moving forward.

Repair Process

Once you approve the estimate and provide a PO, a technician will begin the detailed repair process using only the highest quality parts available. Your camera must pass a rigorous final inspection before it is returned to you, usually in a few days depending on the necessary repairs.

Continue Working Without Interruption

ISI carries a large inventory of loaner cameras so that you may continue working uninterrupted until your repair is complete. Our inventory includes a modern collection of cameras ensuring that we can match the specific model sent in for service or a comparable model to keep you up and running.

While we are pleased to provide loaner equipment, you won’t need them long. Our experienced technicians work efficiently to provide quick turnaround times, typically one to five days.
